ABOUT ME
Eden Kosman - Psychologist (M.Sc.)

I work empathically, reliably and in a structured manner with my clients on various psychological topics such as dealing with stress, communication in partnerships, sexuality and self-development.
First came psychology, then sexology - this led me to sexual psychology. I combine practice-oriented methods with scientifically-based knowledge from partly my own research activities as well as regular training.
You will explore simple mindfulness practices that help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and bring more joy into your daily routine. A sharing circle is also part of the workshop, where you can reflect, connect, and exchange experiences with others.
Leave inspired with tools to create more mindfulness and pleasure in your everyday life.
Good to know:
- The workshop will be held in English.
- This workshop is for FLINTA* people only.
- Drinks and snacks will be on-site.
