Sometimes you know something needs to change — you’re just not sure where to start. I support you in finding clarity, connection, and practical next steps around stress, relationships, and sexuality.

ABOUT ME
I’m Eden Kosman, a psychologist (M.Sc.) and doctoral researcher in sexology at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. In my practice, I work with individuals, couples, and people in diverse relationship constellations around sexuality, relationships, and mental health, in person and online.
When something becomes difficult, it often takes more than simply trying to find a solution "in your head". This is why I work from a systemic perspective. Together, we look beyond what is currently troubling you and consider your experiences, relationships, physical and emotional wellbeing, and the wider circumstances that shape your life. We explore what has shaped you, what may still be affecting you today, and what could help you move towards meaningful change.
A particular focus of my work is the intersection of physical and mental health, especially for people whose experiences and needs have not always been well represented in existing support services.
My practice is grounded in an anti-discriminatory and LGBTQIA+-affirming approach. I want our conversations to be a space where you feel heard, respected, and taken seriously.
