Couples &
Relationship Therapy

Many people go through phases in a relationship where closeness, communication, or shared decisions become more difficult. Conversations may start to go in circles, conflicts escalate more quickly — or distance grows even though you would like to feel connected again.
Couples and relationship therapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to better understand recurring patterns, express needs and boundaries more clearly, and develop new ways of relating. The goal is not to find someone to blame, but to create understanding, orientation, and practical steps that can be integrated into everyday life.
This work can be helpful with recurring conflicts, communication difficulties, jealousy, ruptures of trust, stressful transitions (e.g., becoming parents, moving, work stress), or when you want to re-align as a relationship — whether you are two people or in another relationship constellation.
